Sky Ferreira

Sky Ferreira is an alternative pop singer/songwriter who has received critical praise for her unique and original approach to song composition. Born in Los Angeles in 1992, Ferreira developed her voice at a young age, even taking opera lessons at age 13. After posting a few self-recordings on her myspace page, Ferreira got into contact with the prominent production duo Bloodshy & Avant who were impressed with the young singer's voice, subsequently deciding to work with her. Releasing her debut EP, As If, in 2011, Ferreira has managed to attract a sizable fan base of individuals who crave forward thinking and slightly edgy electronic pop material.
