The Extremities

Producer Fresh Kils and hip-hop artist Uncle Fester make up The Extremities. Both members of the Canadian-based act are part of the Backburner hip-hop crew, but as The Extremities the duo creates a refreshing blend of hip-hop and jazz music that focuses on technical musical arrangements led by commanding drums. The Extremities' 2011 full-length album, The Mint Condition, is a smooth and funky effort that features artists such as Ali Shaheed Muhammad of A Tribe Called Quest.
