Butch Walker

Talented enough to split his time between making his original music and producing studio albums by other artists, Butch Walker has managed to live a fruitful life beset by successful album releases. He originally started off as a modest guitar player for a group from Georgia called SouthGang, but when he moved to Los Angles in the late 1980s, he realized that his group wasn't for him and he split. Since then, he's been recording solo material - that falls under the soft rock genre - and producing albums from the likes of Avril Lavigne, Katy Perry and P!nk.
