Marco Verkuijlen, whose DJ name is Marco V, is a Dutch DJ and producer and forefather of the electronic music genre tech trance. Marco V's first releases, such as "Godd," "Indicator" and "More than A Life Away," immediately made him the architect of tech trance, a sound that is now considered a fully-fledged music phenomena. After releasing his pioneering album, 200V, in 2005, he announced its highly anticipated successor, a new LP titled Propaganda (Pt. 1 & 2) that was released in 2009. Looking to push the boundaries even further, he launched his multimedia brand and label T.A.O. (The Art Of), expanding his trance influences by signing talented artists, spawning new compilations and featuring events.
