For some reason countries that experience the coldest temperatures tend to produce some of the best electronic music. It's possible that because it's so cold outside, people are inclined to stay inside and concentrate on things like composing electronic music. This very well could be the case for the electropop group Tesla Boy, because the trio is from Russia and makes extremely manicured music. The group was formed in 2007, and it's slightly surprising that its sound is so bright and welcoming since Tesla Boy calls Russia--a typically grey nation--home.
