Zehira Darabid is an Algerian singer/songwriter who releases R&B music under the pseudonym Zaho. Though she has been playing guitar and writing songs since she was 7 years old, she didn't pursue a professional career in music until she relocated to Montreal, Canada, in 1999, when she was 18. She released Dima, her debut album as Zaho, in 2008 and continues to craft her own R&B sound with a sharp pop sensibility.
