Beat Culture is the alias of New York-based producer Sunik Kim. Crafting luscious tracks that typically feature either glossy, experimental pop or intelligently, refined rap vocals, Beat Culture's music manages to nonchalantly straddle the genre gamut with flippant disregard. Though Beat Culture released his debut LP, Goldenbacked Weaver, in 2011, he didn't managed to properly breakthrough until he released his critically lauded sophomore effort, Tokyo Dreamer, in 2012.
