The Family Crest

The Family Crest is a band from San Francisco that makes a distinctive style of orchestral pop music with a strong a collectivism spirit. Formed in 2009 and led by chief singer/songwriter and guitarist Liam McCormick, the band's lineup is known to fluctuate and evolve as time goes on--having played host of instrumentalists including violin, trombone and flute players. The group released its debut album, The Village, in 2011, followed shortly by its sophomore effort, Beneath the Brine, in 2013.
