Chicago-based indie rock band Divino Niño was formed by childhood friends Camilo Medina and Javier Forero, who also roped-in guitarist Guillermo Rodriguez and drummer Pierce Codina. Together they create the laid-back sound that the band's music has become known for. Its first album Pool Jealousy was released in 2014 via Native Sound. It featured tracks like "Lara Jones," "It's Been Like It Never Used to Be" and "Marta." The second record, The Shady Sexyfornia Tapes, had a more stripped-down feel to it and included songs like "Time," "Uruguay," "Violet Legs" and "Negro de Amore," among others. Prior to beginning work on its next album, the four-piece performed all over the world. The third record, Foam, was released in June 2019. Included on the tracklist were songs like "Coca Cola," "Maria," "Quiero," "Melty Caramelo," "Foam" and "Plastic Love."
