Real Sociedad de Fútbol S.A.D. is another team that hails from the Basque Country, in San Sebastián to be exact. The Txuriurdin (White-and-Blue) as they are called by their fans, won back-to-back La Liga titles in 1981 and 1982 and the team is one of the founding members of Spain’s La Liga. The team has not always remained there however, suffering relegation-after-relegation throughout its history. Nonetheless, Real Sociedad has played in the UEFA Champions League twice and it plays home games at Anoeta Stadium which holds approximately 32,300.
