Anne Gastinel

Anne Gastinel is a French cellist, who studied with Yo Yo Ma when she was only 18 years old. Gastinel, was accepted by the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Lyon at the age of 11. She plays in small chamber groups and large orchestras, some of which have been conducted by legendary composers like Yehudi Menuhin. In 2009, she proved her versatility by releasing Iberica, an album of Spanish music with Pablo Marquez.
