Pamela Hart is a jazz vocalist born in Los Angeles and now based out of Austin, Texas. With her warm, rich and powerfully versatile voice, Hart was won the distinction of "Austin's First Lady of Jazz," as deemed by Austin Women's Magazine. Her start in the city began in 1992, when she began making a name for herself with meticulous vocal arrangements of jazz standards. Hart's overall style is far more in line with older, golden-era jazz periods of the 40s and 50s than with more contemporary spins on the genre. She will, however, offer her takes on modern pop songs from time to time, making her vintage mindset accessible to fans both young and old.
