Todd Thibaud is an alternative rock singer/songwriter from Boston by-way-of Vermont that rose to prominence in the late 90s as a solo act following a relatively unsung stint as a member and co-founder of the band The Courage Brothers. Although Thibaud's overarching style can be described as pop-rock, one can hear numerous elements of Americana, folk and country that have lead many to mislabel the musician as a country act. Thibaud is perhaps best known for his acclaimed debut solo album Favorite Waste of Time in 1997, which included songs used by several hit television shows of the time such as Melrose Place and Smallville.
