Les Eurockéennes De Belfort

A portmanteau of the words rock and européennes, Les Eurockéennes de Belfort has evolved to be a major rock music festival in France. It started off as Le Ballon - Territoire de musiques in the year 1989 and was rechristened as Les Eurockéennes de Belfort in 1990. Popular names like Lana Del Rey, Miles Kane, Wiz Khalifa, Janelle Monáe, Jay-Z, The Wombats, Blackalicious, Matthieu Chedid, N*E*R*D, The Cranberries and many more have rocked the history of this now ginormous event. The first edition of the fest catered to a crowd of 10,000 and the numbers have increased consistently to cross over 1,00,000 by it’s 30th edition.
