Shay is a Belgian rapper. Born Vanessa Lesnicki in the French-speaking region of Belgium, she was introduced to music by her grandfather, the Congolese legend Tabu Ley Rochereau. She released her debut single "Perpétuité" in 2013 and followed it up with her debut album, 2016's Jolie garce. Her second album Antidote was issued in 2019 and featured a collaboration with Niska. Her other famous tracks include "PMW," "Jolie," "Ich Liebe Dich" and "Notif."
