In one of the most unusual events held at Looe Key Reef, six hours of music is played underwater with Lubell laboratory speakers hung beneath boats. Its purpose is to promote marine preservation. Dive shops and charter boats will provide transportation for swimmers, divers and snorkelers to the reef a few miles offshore to enjoy sounds carried under the waves in a beautiful coral reef environment in. The quality of music that can be heard underwater is amazing.
