Egyptian Lover (Aka Greg Broussard), is a Los Angeles, CA-based musician, producer and DJ. His style is influenced by African and Electro sound. In 1984, the artist multitasking founded his own record company, Egyptian Empire Records. The same year, the song "Egypt, Egypt", become one of these most popular single. After a break in the early '90s, he returned with the album Back from the Tomb, in 1994. Egyptian Lover is also known for his collaboration with Clone Machine and Egypt Ear Werk (2007), Debonaire ( 2009), and in 2014, with Dye, on the song "She's Bad". In 2011, he released the album entitled, 1984, with the track "Freaky Deaky Machine", showing is return to a sound of pure old school Hip Hop and Electro.
