Held in the charming town of Felantix in the southeastern part of the island, this festival is a community celebration featuring horse-riding shows, dancing, and parades. It is held each year, and is famous for the medieval dancing style of the cavallets. Felantix's history dates back to the 13th Century when Christians took control of the island, and you can see the nearby San Salvador Monastery as a wonderful example of Gothic architecture.
