Set in the Old Town, Theaterplatz comes to life during Christmas. Famous for being the home of Christkindlmarkt Ingolstadt since 1998, it is a major attraction during the month of Christmas. Considered to be among the oldest of Christmas markets in the country and one of the most beautiful in the region, this is an event not to be missed. Theaterplatz is near the Stadttheater Ingolstadt and Ingolstädter Sidewalk Astronomie.
