Enjoy the exciting Sevilla FC soccer games in the Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán, which is conveniently located downtown. This stadium was inaugurated in 1958 and is able to host up to 42,500 spectators. La Bombonera de Nervión is the nickname given to this stadium as it is located in the Nervion neighborhood. It is the home ground of the football team Sevilla FC since the year 1958. The stadium has also hosted international matches for the 1982 FIFA World Cup.
