Me and the Bees is an indie folk/pop band from Barcelona, Spain that takes a unique approach to songwriting that focuses on the healing potential of music. Since getting its start as a fairly conventional folk band out of Barcelona, Me and the Bees made the decision to update their acoustic style to match the more cheerful pop stylings and lo-fi walls of sound employed by the burgeoning indie pop music scene in Spain at the time. However, despite Me and the Bees' foray into the indie mainstream, the band members' original purpose remains intact--to not only entertain their audiences with great songs, but also to help them to leave the concert with a big smile on their face.
