Phil Coulter is a Irish musician who has 23 platinum discs, 39 gold discs and 52 silver discs over his decades long career. Born in Derry, Northern Ireland, Coulter was raised by a fiddle playing father and a piano playing mother. Coulter released his debut album, Sea of Tranquility, in 1984 and since then he has continued to release a steady supply of LPs in addition to maintaining a healthy touring schedule.
