Jose Feliciano

Jose Feliciano is a guitarist and composer from Puerto Rico who might best be known for his rendition of the popular Christmas song "Feliz Navidad." Born in Lares, Puerto Rico, Feliciano was first exposed to music at the age of three and would play along on a tin cracker can while his uncle played guitar. After his family relocated to New York, Feliciano picked up guitar and quickly master the instrument. Feliciano released his debut LP, The Voice and Guitar of Jose Feliciano, in 1964 and has since become a prominent fixture of the Latin music community.
