Tommy Roe is a singer/songwriter from Atlanta, Georgia who might best be known for his hit 1960s singles "Sheila" and "Dizzy." During his formative years, Roe was regarded as an archetypal bubblegum artist of the late-1960s, although as time wore on he would go on to distinguish himself as a more rock centric musician.
