The Grass Roots

Founded in 1965 in Los Angeles, The Grass Roots created songs that blended the worlds of folk rock and psychedelic pop to become a mainstay of the Southern California music scene. Proving itself as as a band with proven longevity, The Grass Roots continues to perform and share the stage with some of its contemporaries that are still around including The Turtles, The Guess Who and Jefferson Starship.
