Breton

South London DJ and producer Breton is one of the region's inheritors of dubstep, and an innovator in that particular sound palette. Fusing aspects of house, 2-step and UK garage, Breton makes deep, dark music that sometimes combines the producer's own vocals. The result is often pop in its song structure, while his use of broken beats and brooding sound design create something altogether futuristic and transcendent of genre. Breton has signed some of his most well-received material to the Hemlock imprint, a label run by innovative producer Untold.
