King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard

Initially formed in 2010, King Gizzard & the Wizard Lizard is a garage and surf-infused psychedelic rock band from Victoria, Australia. Inspired by both Elektra's early Nuggets compilations and alternative rock of the 1990s, the group channels elements of the past into a modern amalgam of lo-fi rock and roll and guitar-driven psychedelia. King Gizzard & the Wizard Lizard dropped its debut album, 12 Bar Bruise, in 2012, and has since released an impressive stream of LPs, including two full-lengths in 2013 alone and its fourth studio album, Oddments, in 2014.
