The Boxing Lesson

By layering saga-worthy synth lines against staunchly punctuated drumming, Austin, Texas-based trio The Boxing Lesson manages to make some of the more listen-worthy space rock to come out of the Lone Star State's musical capital in recent memory. Though many of the band's songs are centered around singer/songwriter and guitarist Paul Waclawsky's vocals, after listening to a few of the group's tunes, its difficult to turn attention away from the momentous synths that fill The Boxing Lession's songs.
