Prolific country icon Glen Campbell has been working in the music industry for over 50 years, releasing more than 70 albums throughout this span. Enjoying a parade of hits in the 1960s and '70s, Campbell is renowned for such smashes as "Rhinestone Cowboy," "Wichita Lineman" and "By the Time I Get To Pheonix." He was also the star and host of his own television show on CBS, The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour. Campbell was seen alongside John Wayne in the film True Grit, earning Campbell a Golden Globe nomination, adding to his already existing collection of Grammy and Dove awards. He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2005. In 2008, he released Meet Glenn Campbell, a compilation album covering songs from a variety of different contemporary artists, including Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, U2 and Foo Fighters. Campbell continues to tour internationally, playing hits old and new, often with his eldest daughter, Debby Campbell.
