TOK TOK TOK

TOK TOK TOK is an acoustic soul band that origins from Berlin, Germany. The head members are the singer Tokunbo Akinro, who is the daughter of a German mother and a Nigerian father and the saxophone player Morten Klein, who is the son of a Danish mother and a German father. While Akinro does all the singing and writes the lyrics, Morten Klein is obliged to write the music. Live and on recordings the band is completed by three more musicians playing the keys, an upright bass and a drum set. So far the band has released 14 albums that has been very successful not only in Germany but since the lyrics are in English, also had a lot of impact internationally.
