K-Blockx is a hard rock band from Münster, Germany that was formed in 1991. After the release of its debut album Time to Move, in 1994 the band earned significant commercial acclaim for its crossover sound between nu metal, hard rock and punk. The band's subsequent albums throughout the 1990s saw a fair amount of attention from media outlets, though none were as successful or as exposed as its debut. In 2002 K-Blockx released its fourth studio album Get in the Ring with fusion sound reminiscent of its Time to Move, and the band saw a minor hit in the single "The Power." K-Blockx continues to release its brand of hard rock music on records such as 2012's HBLX.
