The Disco Biscuits is a jam band that combines elements of electronic music with live instrumentation. The group was formed in Philadelphia in 1995 and it released its debut album, Encephalous Crime, in 1996. The group is a mainstay of the touring circuit and is known to sell out prominent venues on a fairly regular basis.
