The Cinematics

Even though Scottish post-punk revival band The Cinematics has had a respectable career as a band and has been produced by several prominent industry figures, the band has yet to truly make a strong impact on the mainstream listening public. Formed in 2003, the band has put its time in to get where it is today and even though the group's record label filed for bankruptcy in 2008, the band managed to get picked up by another label, helping the group to continue making its characteristic form of modern yet nostalgic rock n' roll.
