Falconer

Formed by Stefan Weinerhall after his previous band Mithotyn dissolved in 1999, Falconer follows a good deal of the power/folk metal influences of its predecessor. Although power metal is the band's primary genre, medieval folk influences abound in not only the instrumentation, but also the lyrics and melodies. However, with the pick up of lead singer Mathias Blad, the singing and lyrics became much clearer and a much more balanced musical product was the result.
