Ziggi Recado is a contemporary Reggae singer. Ziggi was raised on the Caribbean island St. Eustatius, but moved to the Netherlands to go to school. Whilst in Denmark Ziggi got involved with the reggae scene and quickly became the region's biggest reggae star. His released his debut So Much Reasons in 2006 and fans were pleasantly surprised when in 2010 he released his follow-up Same Difference. On Same Difference Ziggi explores everything from aggressively charged songs like "Baddest" with the main lyric "If you live by the gun, you die by the gun" to the smooth laid back track "Complicated". When playing live Ziggi is backed by the Renaissance Band who feature singers, guitarists, keyboards, drums, bass and dancers.
