When you think of Brooklyn bands, one that produces a throat-shredding, full-bore metal assault is unlikely to top the list. Even though the band originally met at the University of Illinois, Goes Cube is quickly rising to the top of the scrap heap that is Brooklyn metal. However, this isn't to imply that the band only has one setting. In addition to their moments of face-melting, Goes Cube is equally adept at producing quieter and more melodic passages that highlight epic peaks of rock their songs regularly scale.
