Future Blondes is an experimental noise project from Houston, Texas. Unlike many bands in the current indie climate that use dissonant noise to counterbalance sugary pop melodies, Future Blondes is entirely disinterested in standard melodic tendencies or song structures--this is noise music that is truly about just making noise. Grating feedback, hypnotic loops and odd samples combine to form an atypical listening experience that can create a sense of unease in listeners. Fans of traditionally structured and performed music will wanna stay far away from Future Blondes. But those who want to experience something different or fuel arguments as to what can and cannot be considered "music," will find some reward in the band's sonic experiments.
