Overlooking the Limfjord, Musikkens Hus (House of Music) is a beautiful concert venue in Aalborg. The deconstructivism style of architecture gives it a unique look and it is segregated according to the nine planets. It features four halls, practise rooms, a lovely foyer, offices and Musikkens Spisehus, their on-site restaurant. The Koncertsalen is the main hall for classical performances while the Intimsalen is a multifaceted space. Klassisk Sal and Rytmisk Sal are for the students of the Royal Academy of Music. Musikkens Hus is also the home of the Aalborg Symphony Orchestra, Danish JazzCenter, Aalborg University's music education center, Orkester Norden and the Royal Academy of Music Aalborg Department.
