The Whitest Boy Alive

The Whitest Boy Alive is a Berlin-based group that got its start as an electronic music project. Singer Erlend Øye (from Kings of Convenience), drummer Sebastian Maschat, bassist Marcin Öz, and keyboardist Daniel Nentwig formed the band in 2003. The group eliminated its original electronic sound before it released its debut album, Dreams, in 2006. Now, the bass-driven music is underlined by Erlend Øye's relaxing vocals, which completes this band's indie pop sound.
