Haindling

Founded by Hans-Jürgen Buchner in 1982, Haindling is a German band that creates an inclusive brand of Bavarian world music. With elements of folk, jazz, pop, rock, ambient and classical woven throughout its sound, the band has been collecting a cult following around Germany since the release of its debut album Haindling 1, in 1982. Having embarked on several international tours, Haindling has also developed audiences in China, South Africa and North America despite offering music exclusively in the Bavarian language.
