Klaus Lage

Klaus Lage is a singer/songwriter and musician from Soltau, Germany who specializes in a brand of popular Germanic music known as Schlager. Since the release of his eponymous debut album in 1980s, he has earned a widespread following around Europe for his bluesy, German language songs. Best known for his 1984 hit "1000 und 1 Nacht (Zoom!)," he has steadily been releasing records, such as his 2007 studio LP, Zug um Zug, while also maintaining an active touring schedule.
