Jenny Hval is an experimental singer/songwriter, artist and composer from Oslo who is also known by her pseudonym Rockettothesky. She released her first two albums under the moniker, starting with 2006's To Sing You Apple Trees, before dropping Viscera, her debut album under the birth name, in 2011. With her own avant-garde style, characterized by both visual and sonic aesthetics, she released her fourth studio album Innocence is Kinky, in 2013.
