Pictureplane

Pictureplane is the stage name of Denver-based electronic musician, Travis Egedy. His music sounds like two distinct styles of music pressed on top of one another. The first layer is typically some generic 90s dance tune and the other tends to contain a low-end heavy and driving dance beat. The ensuing result is an intelligent blend of old-school styles and modern sensibilities. Egedy's debut LP, Dark Rift, was released in 2009 and went on to receive favorable reviews.
