Upon hearing the ethereal tones and ambient noises of The Album Leaf, most listeners are transported to a mellow place that is free of worry and stress. While this journey to relaxation is (unfortunately) only in the mind, music from The Album Leaf is extremely meditative and calming. The band was formed in San Diego in 1998 and has since built a reputation for itself as a premiere post rock band with impressive live performances that showcase nearly every band member's multi-instrumentalist talent.
