PVT is an experimental electronic outfit from Australia that is virtually unknown by most listeners not living in the land down under. The band was formed in Sydney in 1999 and has spent a good amount of time honing its sound and stage show with avant-garde tendencies and outlandish musical progressions that somehow manage to work within the confines of the group's songs. The band's ability to incorporate electronic samples alongside actual physical instrumentation is extremely innovative and as the band matures it will undoubtedly prove to be one of the more interesting bands to come out of Australia during the tail end of the 20th century.
