Watercolours is the dream pop moniker of singer/songwriter Chelsea Jade Metcalf. Based in New Zealand, she released her debut single, "Under," in 2011, exposing her ethereal vocals and woozy soundscapes for the first time. Watercolours dropped her debut EP, Portals, in 2013.
