Consisting of Ilona Kindt, Karla Haltenwanger and Birgit Erz the Boulanger Trio is dedicated to chamber music. formed in 2006 the trio has performed at multiple venues like the Vienna Musikverein, and the Wigmore Hall in London. Performing with the Berliner Symphoniker in 2009 at the Berlin Philharmonie was one of the highlights of the group's career. Along with the traditional form of chamber music, the group also delves a lot into contemporary classical music which sets it apart from the general trend set by classical chamber groups.
