Boxer the Horse

Capitalizing off the ever-popular indie rock meets post-punk revival that came about in the early 2000s, Canadian four-piece Boxer the Horse began making its characteristic form of music in 2006. Though there is nothing wrong with this style of music, as it boasts catchy hooks and jangly guitar riffs, the amount of bands that feel compelled to make this style of music is dizzying and therefore it's difficult to distinguish one band from another. Nonetheless, Boxer the Horse has managed to harness a devout fan base throughout its native country and has found success both with its albums and on tour.
