The five members of Final Flash met while attending college in Montreal around 2008. All of them were playing with different local noise groups and eventually came to the conclusion that they had to incorporate some kind of melody into their collective sound. Of course it took them a while to settle on what kind of music to play, but they eventually reached the decision they would play psychedelic rock. In the span of no time the group went from playing local bars to performing at festivals around the world and being asked to return--at one gig they landed a publishing deal to have its music featured in films. And most amazingly, Final Flash managed to accomplish all this without even having a record out until its 2010 debut Homeless.
