Taylor Eigsti

The eponymous trio led by American jazz pianist Taylor Eigsti has become a vehicle of sorts to not only showcase Eigsti's pianistic prowess, but also his abilities as a first-class jazz composer and improviser. The trio's sound is typically associated with the post-bop sub-genre of modern jazz, but the experimental nature of Eigsti and his trio's performances ensure a sampling from a broad range of genres.
